This card has been pretty emtertaining. Lot's of KO's and a couple upsets. I missed half of it as watched the UK show, also full of KO's then I caught the main event in Monaco between Besputin and Bataev, that was a great fight!
Fight of the night has to be Carlos Adames vs Patrick Texiara, for the 1st half it looked like Adames was about to finish Texiaria, who was getting hit hard to the head and body and cuts over both eyes opened up. Out of nowhere at the end of 1 of the middle rounds Teixaira catches Adames with a hook comination and wobbles him. Next round he drops him! Total shift in momentum, but to his credit, Adames hung in and actually looked to get his second wind. But Teixaira pulled a career best performance out and won all the late rounds and ends up with the decision win! Big shock!
Carl Frampton looked great against, to be fair, an overmatched opponent. Dropped him 2x with body shots but kinda criuised to the decision win.
Good to see Frampton back to winning ways. Jamel Herring got in the ring after and it seems that's the next fight. Herring is HUGE compared to Frampton, like 2 full weight classes it looks! So I;m not confident about that 1.
Next up 1 of the most entertaining champs at Featherweight Oscar Valdez makes his Super Feather debut against a kid who was KO'd in his last fight!?! Of course it's a last minute fight after Gutierrez missed by a full stone!! ***!!!
Still Valdez should KO Lopez early here

WOW! Adam Lopez is giving Valdez all sorts of problems! Put him on his ass in the 2nd with a sweet uppercut! Valdez looked to come back in the 3rd, but Lopez has started picking him apart and hurting Valdez in the 4th!!
Lopez looks great! Yesterday he was on the undercard, tonight he is beating a World Champion!!! I hope he does it!

Damn! Valdez turns it around in the 7th in a fight he was losing! Pulls a left hook out the bag, Lopez was wobbling all over the ring, bbbut, there was 5 seconds left in the round and the ref jumps in?? A little early stoppage in favour of the Top Rank fighter me thinks!!!
Miguel Berchelt will absolutely destroy Valdez if he fights like this!!!

That was a fun fight. Lopez's stock rose after that. Yeah I didn't like the stoppage either, this will be the same ref for the Ruiz/Joshua rematch. He better not **** that up.

The ref was definitely a bit quick to step in.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's some controversy with the Ruiz Joshua fight. Ruiz will need another KO to win for sure!
